Penny is a conservative therapist who specializes in working with female patients with sexual disorders. A colleague refers a patient to her… a middle-aged woman named Syren who is a professional adult actress who specializing in pornographic “family role-play” scenes, who feels that the distinction between fantasy and reality is being blurred in her personal life because of her job. Penny has never worked with anyone in that line of work before but agreed to see the patient. After speaking to Syren, Penny is shocked at how comfortable she is with her sexuality and her line of work. They try some role-play therapy to help Syren distinguish between fantasy and reality and things accidentally get intimate. Penny is reluctant to have sex with a patient since it could cost her license but Syren becomes instant and seduces her therapist right there on the couch in her office.
